Will taking my vehicle to Island Sport Works void or affect my warranty?
Absolutely not. In order to maintain your warranty, you must perform scheduled maintenance on your vehicle. However, it is against the law for any dealership to deny warranty service due to the vehicle being serviced at an Independent Service Center such as Island Sport Works. For more information on this, please the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
You will receive a written receipt of services rendered upon completion of work as proof of maintenance, and we always have your service history on file in case you misplace or lose your copy.
Do you offer a warranty?
Absolutely! Our work is backed by a 12-Month, unlimited mileage warranty. However, this warranty does not apply if the customer insists on using used parts for repairs.
Do you use OEM parts?
Yes, unless the customer specifically requests the use of OE or "aftermarket" parts. In addition, in some scenarios, OEM parts are deemed inferior due to inherent design flaws. In those situations, we will consult you on what we believe is the best option for you and your vehicle.
What Vehicles do you service?
We service Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, BMW and Mercedes-Benz only. Specializing in only German vehicles allows us to provide a higher level of service than general repair shops.
Do you offer performance services?
Yes. We are authorized dealers for Unitronic, APR, EuroDyne, Eurocharged, SouthBend, AWE Tuning, and many more. Please see our Performance Services section for more information.
Do you offer after-hours drop-off?
Yes. We have a key-drop box for after-hours drop-off. Please be sure to fill out our night-drop service request form!
Do you offer same-day service?
Absolutely. We do everything we can to accommodate our customers' schedules. Many maintenance and performance services can be completed within a day. If not, we will try our best to work with your schedule.
Do you have a waiting area?
Yes, we have a comfortable waiting area and offer complimentary WIFI.

We accept all major credits cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.
